The Tactical Ballistic Helmet High Side Trim (TBH-II HST), previously TBH-II SC, is designed to meet the rigorous challenges of Law Enforcement, Assault and Special Operations Teams. The helmet is lightweight and offers superior protection against ballistic level IIIA threats as well as secondary projectiles.

The reduced profile helmet shell, with its higher side trim, provides improved interface with various sighting devices, gunstock clearance and headsets, such as the GENTEX GenCom III, General Duty Headset (GDH) and other headsets that typically will not fit under an ACH or PASGT helmet. It also integrates with various goggles such as the GENTEX EPS-21 and Ballistic Optical Armor (BOA) goggles. 

The helmet comes standard with the GENTEX X Harness^™ 4-Point Retention System, which offers stability, comfort, and adjustability for the wearer. The helmet also includes an adjustable thickness pad suspension system.

Helmet sizes available are Medium, Large and X-Large, and can be ordered with or without Night Vision Bracket hole predrilled. Shell colors available include: Black, Green 383, Olive Drab, CHP Blue, UN Blue, Desert Tan and Foliage Green. Retention systems are available in the colors Green or Black
