The Tactical Ballistic Helmet Headset Configured (TBH-II HC) is designed to interface with a variety of communication and noise attenuating headsets and meet the rigorous challenges required by Military and Law Enforcement personnel. The helmet shell is constructed the same as the successfully fielded U.S. Army Advance Combat Helmet (ACH) lightweight, which offers protection against a variety of ballistic threats as well as NIJ level IIIA velocity projectiles. 

The side profile of the helmet TBH-II HC shell is trimmed higher than the ACH or PASGT style helmets providing improved interface with various headsets, such as the GENTEX GenComm III and GenCaps III or Peltor style headsets. The TBH-II HC is also compatible with all U.S. Military and Law Enforcement equipment that is used with the ACH or PASGT style helmets.

The helmet utilizes the U.S. Army approved GENTEX 4-Point X Harness™ Retention System - that offers improved stability, comfort and adjustability for the wearer.  The helmet also includes an adjustable thickness pad suspension system, which can be varied in thickness by the user for uniform compression or optional Water Resistant Pad Suspension.  The crown pads are two half moon shaped pads that can be separated to accomodate over the headband style headsets.

Helmet sizes are Medium, Large, and X-Large, and can be ordered with or without Night Vision Bracket hole predrilled.
