Designed to incorporate water resistant components with the enhanced communications and superior sound attenuation, the DH-132 AS/RHIB Helmet ballistic protection is the choice unit for crewmembers of rigid hull inflatable boats.

The unit's adjustable headband ensures uniform earseal pressure and a more comfortable fit while sound attenuating earcups offer hearing protection against high levels of impulse or continuous ambient noise. In addition, the moisture resistant design of the PTT allows three operation modes including momentary-transit, locking-intercom, and center-continuous listening.

This special hybrid unit features waterproof connectors and water resistant communications including a noise canceling microphone and earphones. Its PTT Switch is compatible with AN/VIC-3(V) intercoms and can be integrated with other intercom or radio configurations. In addition, its impact protective, fire retardant, ventilated tropical liner encourages airflow and fits the 5^th through 95^th percentile, while its removable outer shell is available in an optional V50 1400 or 2150 feet per second ballistic unit.

Additional optional accessories for the DH-132 AS/RHIB include a Water Proof Bonnet, ANVIS-6 NVG Strap Assembly, Ballistic Goggles and Lower Cord.
