What’s the process?
You can try PureFlo in 3 steps.
- Join the “Try PureFlo On. Risk-Free.” program by filling out the form below or contacting your preferred PureFlo distributor. Your distributor will place an order on your behalf for up to 2 PureFlo NIOSH-approved PAPRs, and we’ll ship to you directly. Your 30-day trial starts five (5) days after your products ship. Your distributor can answer any questions during your trial.
- Try it! Keep it. Don’t love it? Return the product(s) for a full refund, less a small processing fee ($75) at any time during the trial period, no questions asked!
- After your trial period, we’ll send you a short survey about your experience. We want to hear your feedback so we can keep improving.

Terms & Conditions
- Purchase Orders. A purchase order qualifying for the trial period is to be placed via a Gentex distributor and the refund policy is valid only for Products delivered by Gentex directly against that purchase order.
- Product Return Policy. At any time during the Trial Period, Customer may return the Product. If Customer elects to return the Product, Gentex must be notified by the selling distributor in writing or by email at pureflosales@gentexcorp.com within the Trial Period.
- Restock Fee. In the event Customer decides to return the Product during the Trial Period, a restocking fee of $75 (USD) applies (“Restocking Fee”). This fee is intended to cover the return shipping costs within the contiguous 48 United States and Canada and costs associated with restocking and processing the returned Product.
- Return Procedure. Distributor shall follow Gentex’s return procedure, including obtaining a return material authorization (RMA). Gentex will provide return shipping instructions to the Distributor. The Product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Product Condition. Gentex reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned Product and may apply additional fees for damage or missing items. Normal wear and tear excluded.
- Refund. Upon receipt of the returned Product in acceptable condition, Gentex will refund the distributor the purchase price of the Product, minus the Restocking Fee. The distributor will then refund the customer for the purchase price of the Product minus the restocking fee of $75.
