Zero Tolerance for Infringement of Our Intellectual Property
As the proven leader in the industry, imitation will happen but infringement of our IP will not be tolerated.
Gentex has a Zero Tolerance Policy for infringement of our IP. We actively invest in guarding our brands and heritage of creativity against those who steal or violate our IP and trademarks, protecting our products and technologies to ensure the utmost quality for our customers.
In many cases, infringing products are extremely close in appearance to our products but do not meet our high standards of performance, quality and protection. Gentex takes action against products that violate our IP to defend our rights and the integrity of our products, as our brands represent a promise to our customers – helping them make the easy choice for reliable, superior protection. All our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure the greatest protection, and our brands are backed by our promise to deliver the comfort and quality customers pay for when buying our authentic products. Therefore, we work tirelessly to eliminate Ops-Core, FAST and all other counterfeit Gentex products from the marketplace to ensure the safety of our end users.
We urge our customers to protect themselves by buying directly from Gentex Corporation or an authorized distributor. Contact us to inquire whether a dealer is authorized or view our distributors. If you are unsure if you have a genuine Gentex product, authenticate your product here.
Gentex will consider licensing opportunities on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in licensing Gentex IP, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
