SHIPPING—NEW PURCHASES
– Gentex Corporation ships within the United States via UPS Ground and cannot ship to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box) address.
– Gentex Corporation ships internationally to deployed military and military contractors only to APO/FPO/DPO P.O. Box addresses by way of USPS (United States Postal Service). Please note that we are not able to provide a tracking number for these shipments.
– If you are a member of the US military member or a US contractor working with the US military, you must provide a signed end use statement and your official government email address. Otherwise, we are unable to process orders with foreign IP addresses or with an overseas billing address.
– We estimate up to 14 business days to deliver, however, some destinations may take longer.
– Gentex does not charge for shipping when you checkout through the Gentex Corporation online store.
ON-LINE PURCHASE RETURNS–U.S. DOMESTIC ONLY*
– If you are not satisfied with your on-line purchase, you may return it within 15 days of your receipt of shipment.
– There are no refunds or exchanges on build-to-order or custom products.
– Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
– A full refund will be applied to your credit card, if your return meets these conditions.
– Please allow 10-15 business days from the date and time the item is received by Gentex Corporation to process a refund.
– You are responsible for all shipping costs and risk of loss in transit of the item, unless it was our error.

– For your protection, please use FedEx or UPS for return shipment, and insure the shipment according to its value.
