Advisory: Fraudulent checks, purporting to be from GENTEX Corporation, have apparently been sent out in the name of the International Award Claim Department of Niagara Falls, NY. These checks have been issued in an attempt to elicit return payments from recipients to cover government taxes on lottery winnings. If you have received one of these checks, do not cash or deposit the check as you may be held liable for the check amount. Be assured that GENTEX did not send these checks and has no involvement in such activities.
