GENTEX CORPORATION & R.C. BREMER SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received.  Void where prohibited by law. 

1. ELIGIBILITY.  The Gentex and R.C. Bremer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period.  The Sweepstakes may only be entered into within the United States.  Employees of Gentex Corporation (including Gentex Corporation’s subsidiaries or affiliates) and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible for entry in the Sweepstakes.  Employees of R.C. Bremer (including its subsidiaries or affiliates) (collectively the “Sponsors”) and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible for entry in the Sweepstakes. 
   
2. HOW TO ENTER.  Promotion begins on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 8 AM EST and ends on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 12 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  To enter the Sweepstakes an entrant must: like the 8/21/2023 Facebook posts from both R. C. Bremer and PureFlo. Limit one (1) entry per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple Sweepstakes Entries submitted by the same person in excess of the one entry limit will be disqualified. Entrants need not be present to win. No purchase is necessary.
3. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING.  First Place Prize receives a PureFlo branded YETI cooler and PureFlo branded YETI tumbler, plus various R.C. Bremer branded merchandise.  Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the First Place Prize is approximately $500.  Second Place Prize receives a $100 Amazon gift card.  Any difference between the ARV and actual retail value of the prize will not be awarded to winners.  The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.  The prizes must be accepted as awarded and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor are in any manner responsible for liability for any warranty, representative, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes, including without limitation, to the prize’s quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by the prize supplier that are sent along with the prize.  The stated ARV of the prizes is based on information available to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded may be reported for tax purposes, as required by law.  No substitution is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor may substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.  The winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state, and local taxes and fees or costs associated with the prize received.  Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. 
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS.  Winners will be selected by random drawing to take place on or about 2:00 PM Friday, September 1, 2023 from all eligible entries by Sponsor.  Sponsor’s decision is final in all regards to this Sweepstakes.  Eligible entries are those in which all required fields have been completed correctly and otherwise comply with these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves all rights to disqualify any participant or winner who is ineligible or has violated these Official Rules or gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status by fraudulent means.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION.  The winner will be announced via Facebook post by PureFlo or R.C. Bremer and will also be contacted via Facebook messenger within 15 days from the end of the Sweepstakes.  Notification is deemed to have immediately occurred upon posting the winner via Facebook.  A winner must claim the prize within 30 days from notification.  If winner does not claim prize within the aforementioned time, winner forfeits all rights to prize, and Sponsor reserves right to award prize by random selection to an alternate winner. 6. GENERAL.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.  Entrants and prize winners agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of its officers, employees, directs, affiliates and related companies (the “Released Parties”) from liability of any kind or nature for any injuries, use, misuse, or awarding of a prize or parts thereof including without limitation, any injury, damage, death, loss or accident to person or property.  The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, electronic network, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, dropped internet connections, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbed, jumbled or delayed transmission which may limit or restrict an entrant’s ability to enter the Sweepstake including any injury or damage to participants or any other person phone or other electronic computing equipment or other matter relating or resulting from participation in this promotion.  ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH, DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PENALTIES.
7. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES.  All issues and questions concerning construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or of the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws.  The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Scranton Office.

9. MISCELLANEOUS. The names of individuals, grounds, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group, company, or the inclusion of a product or service as a prize does not imply any associate with or endorsement by such individual, group or company or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and except as otherwise indicated no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. For entrants, to the extent there is a conflict between these Official Rules any terms of use or other agreement between entrant and Sponsor, these Official Rules control.
