Awaiting Fulfillment –
Your order is in production. We ship once inventory becomes available.
Once your orders ships, the order will be updated to show complete, and an automatic email notification with tracking information will be sent.
Gentex can only ship to military bases outside the United States at this time. We are unable to process orders with foreign IP addresses or with an overseas billing address.
The EUS determines the eligibility of an export-controlled purchase. This is required so Gentex can secure all authorizations required prior to exporting shipping to ensure no export violations take place.
No, all orders will be shipped complete. We do not offer partial shipments.
Your credit card will only be charged once your order ships.
Credit cards are not charged until the order is shipped.
If you would like to charge your card prior to shipment, make the request in the “Additional Notes” section at checkout.
We offer a variety of helmet configurations and options, allowing customers to customize their helmets by adding components. For configurations not available through the website, contact Customer Service at inquries@gentexcorp.com.
A tax-exempt certificate is not required.

State Sales Tax is charged on orders placed from PA, MA, and CA.
Gentex does not charge freight for standard shipping. Fees apply for expedited service.
Expedited service does not affect the lead time on the order.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Changing color, cut, or size will have no impact on lead time.
Changes cannot be made once the order is placed.
Please contact Customer Service to cancel the order. Once your order is confirmed as canceled, you may place a new order.
No. Orders do not require signatures.
We are not able to request signatures required from UPS.
United States orders ship via UPS.
Orders shipped to military bases are shipped via USPS.
Yes, an automatic email notification is sent once your order is placed.
Each time your order status changes you will receive an automatic email notification:
- Awaiting Processing - When you place your order. Please allow 48 hours for update.
- Manual Verification - If we require additional information to process your order. Your order will remain on hold until verification is cleared.
- Production-Awaiting Fulfillment - Your order begins processing.
- Complete - When your order ships the email will include a tracking number*.
*Currently does not apply for New Hampshire.
We do not send invoices. We do send an email notification with confirmation of payment.
